1-My documents:



In this section, you can download documents.  They will not be transmitted automatically; this section serves as storage for your future applications.

 

In case you are logged into your ATLAS account, and you are doing a job search on the page https://atlas.workland.com/jobs#top, and you have reached the "upload resume" step, you can pick it up from your ATLAS library instead of your computer.



Once the document is uploaded, you can always view it or delete it to upload a new one.  The 'Upload' button retrieves the document from your computer.


  


2-Requested documents:



If you have received an email from the employer telling you to go to your ATLAS profile to view, sign or upload documents, it will be under the “documents” and “requested documents” menu.

For a document that only needs to be viewed, you may download it or select the icon to preview.  To let the employer know you have viewed the document, select 

.


Once a document is uploaded, it will be automatically transferred to your current application.


 If you feel like you have completed your requests from the employer, and the number beside the completed request seems incomplete, like the example above (5/9). The employer may have added more than necessary upload in case you had more than one diploma, for example.  In doubt, you may contact the employer.


When we say employer, we are talking about the company you are applying to.  You may be using ATLAS by Workland to apply, but unless you are applying to Workland, we are the third party.  We are available for any technical issues at support@workland.com.



Frequently Asked Questions:


Can you modify a document that has already been uploaded?

Yes, you can when you are submitting an application.  It is explained above in the "My documents" section.


No, if you are uploading as part of a document request.  Once a document is uploaded, it is automatically sent to the employer.  If needed, you can contact the employer to request a new submission of the document; they can delete it on their side.


Can you send documents to the employer without receiving a document request?

No, you must wait to receive a request from the employer first (This can happen only after an application).  Uploading a document in the section "My documents" will also not transfer to any employer; you will need to apply first.


Can't see your employer document request? 

Check that you're logged into the correct account or email. Your Atlas account email must be the same as the one you received the employer's invitation from. Your Atlas account email must match the one you received the employer's invitation from.
