1. Verify the size and format of your document:
The accepted formats are: . txt . doc . docx . rtf . pdf
The file size should not exceed: 5 MB
No picture or JPEG are authorised. You may use a free site on google to convert your document into a PDF or compress it to make it smaller. For example: smallpdf.com
2. The document may not be secured:
If the upload still doesn't work, your document may be corrupted (unfortunately it happens with no fault of your own), you can try making a new copy in PDF to see if it works. Viruses are less likely to stay on a PDF than a Word document (for example).
