The file size should not exceed: 5 MB
No picture or JPEG are authorised. You may use a free site on google to convert your document into a PDF or compress it to make it smaller. For example: smallpdf.com
If the upload still doesn't work, your document may be corrupted, you can try making a new copy in PDF to see if it works. You can alsways contact us at [email protected] so that we can valide the document.
