I am not receiving any verification code?

If you are not receiving the verification code, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify the email address
    Make sure there was no typo when entering your email address.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder
    The verification code is sent from info@workland.com.
  3. Add info@workland.com to your contacts.  This resolves most cases because adding our email address prevents the verification code from being flagged or blocked. 
  4. Try another device
    For example, use your smartphone. Ensure that the date, time, and time zone are set to update automatically on your device.
  5. Update your browser
    Make sure your browser is up to date, as an outdated version may affect the proper functioning of the site.
  6. Check blocked addresses
    Verify that info@workland.com is not blocked in your email account settings.
