Difficulty adding my address in the questionnaire

Difficulty with the address question in my questionnaire: 

If you are having difficulty with the question that asks for your address, please note that we use Google Map for data retrieval, 

First step:  

• Please make sure your address exists on Google Maps. 
• If your address does not exist, it would be important to make the request with Google Map directly:   https://support.google.com/mymaps/answer/3024925?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Second Step:

    If your address does exist in Google Maps application and your address is not accepted when you submit it, it is possible that the address format is not entered correctly. 

When you begin entering your address, A drop-down of suggestions will be visible for you to select your correct address. 

In the event that no options are displayed for you, try performing the following actions:

• Refresh the page
• Use another browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
• Delete your browser data - https://www.cnil.fr/fr/faites-regulierement-le-menage-dans-lhistorique-de-navigation

Dans le cas qu’aucune option ne s’affiche pour vous, essayer d’effectuer les actions suivantes :

• Rafraîchir la page
• Utiliser un autre fureteur (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc)
• Supprimer les données de navigation de votre fureteur - https://www.cnil.fr/fr/faites-regulierement-le-menage-dans-lhistorique-de-navigation
