Other troubleshooting steps if you experience issues with ATLAS
1. Browser
If a page does not load correctly or if you encounter error messages during your hiring process, your browser may not be up to date.
Supported browsers
ATLAS supports the current version and the previous version of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
- Mozilla Firefox
Update your browser

Mac users
If you are using an Apple computer, make sure your version of macOS is still supported by Apple. If your operating system no longer receives security updates, we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of ATLAS.
As of today, the following macOS versions are still supported by Apple:
- macOS 13 Ventura
- macOS 14 Sonoma
- macOS 15 Sequoia
If you are using an earlier version, we cannot guarantee proper functionality.
2. Clear browsing data (cache)
If your browser is up to date and you are still experiencing issues, try clearing your browser cache.
