If you applied through Indeed and received an ATLAS candidate portal invitation from us, this is expected due to our system's integration with Indeed Apply, which is enabled for all our client job postings. workland.com/indeed First, who are we?
Workland has developed ATLAS over the years; it is an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that we combine with our recruitment agency services to offer a comprehensive talent acquisition solution. We have many clients who use our system, ATLAS, to streamline their hiring process.

If you are applying to one of our clients, please consider us a third party. We do not have access to your application details and can only assist with technical issues related to the application process or your candidate portal, which activates after your initial application.

Second, what is the purpose of your candidate ATLAS account and why is registering beneficial for you?
The ATLAS account is a universal portal that will serve as a means of communication with your future employer. It also allows you to store information like your CV, so you are ready to send a new application. If you apply to several of our clients, you will be able to track the history of your completed applications and those that are incomplete. No information is disclosed without your consent, for example, even if you apply for multiple organizations, employers cannot see your history.
Important: Employers may send requests through the candidate portal (e.g., interview requests, additional documents, reference requests). Although portal activation is optional, declining it may affect your application. When you are logged into your ATLAS account, you will arrive on the dashboard.

You can fill in the available fields to help with the job search and add one or more documents to share for future opportunities. You will also notice that you are shown a percentage. Be aware that this percentage does not affect your applications; it simply represents missing fields in your profile. For example, to reach 100%, you must upload at least 1 document, complete your profile information (see the screenshot below), and add a photo of yourself.

Obviously, these fields are optional, and under no circumstances are you required to complete them! If you add a picture, make sure it is one that you want to show your future employer once you apply.

Because most of our clients are in Canada, most job postings require applicants to be legally authorized to work in Canada. Non-citizens must provide proof of a work permit.
