- Verifying the time of connection is the first step. The time is listed in UTC, so you will have to convert it to your time zone.
- Checking the IP address is the second thing to do. You can use the website https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to know what your IP is. If you are working from home and are using a VPN, the IP address may differ.
