You may have applied to one of our clients and received an invitation to log in to your candidate portal.
First, what is your candidate ATLAS account for and why is it beneficial for you to register?
The ATLAS account is a universal portal that will serve as a means of communication with your future employer. It also allows you to store information like your CV, so you are ready to send a new application. If you apply to several of our clients, you will be able to track the history of your completed applications and those that are incomplete. No information is disclosed without your consent, for example, even if you apply for multiple organizations, employers cannot see your history.
When you are logged into your ATLAS account, you will arrive on the dashboard.
You can fill in the available fields to help the job search, add one or more documents to share for future opportunities. You will also notice that you are shown a percentage. Be aware that this percentage does not affect your applications, it simply represents missing fields in your profile. For example, to have 100%, you must upload at least 1 document, have completed the profile information (see the screenshot below) and add a photo of you.
Obviously, these fields are optional and under no circumstances are you required to complete them.
Now let’s look at the modules in detail available for you!
My documents:
In this section you can download documents. They will not be transmitted automatically; this section serves as storage for your future applications.
In case you are logged into your ATLAS account, and you are doing a job search on the page, and you have reached the "upload resume" step, you can pick it up from your ATLAS library instead of your computer.
Requested documents:
If you have received an email from the employer telling you to go to your ATLAS profile to view, sign or upload documents, it will be under the “documents” and “requested documents” menu.
For a document that only needs to be viewed, you may download it or select the icon to preview. In order to let the employer know you have viewed the document, select .
Once a document is uploaded, it will be automatically transferred to your current application.
Preselection questionnaire module:
The employer may send you an email request indicating that they would like for you to answer more questions in your ATLAS account. If so, log in to your ATLAS portal:
Once you are logged into your account, go to the “Preseclection Questionnaire” section. At this time, you will notice that a questionnaire can be completed by clicking on the “Start Now” icon.
Once completed, be sure to submit it to share the information with the employer.
Interview module:
If you received an email invitation to confirm your interview time, log in to your ATLAS portal.
Once connected, go to the My Interviews section.
You can select the pending interview. It is possible to have one or more time slots, so select the one that suits you best and select Accept.
Once accepted, you can click on your confirmed interview again to view the details or add the event to your calendar.
Make sure your calendar is on the correct time zone. For example, if my interview is confirmed by 1pm and the event I add on my calendar gives me another time, it means that your calendar is not on the right time zone.
If the employer uses Microsoft to send you a Teams invitation, you will see a Microsoft Teams icon in the interview details. You can use it when you want to connect to the interview.
Reference module:
If you received an email invitation to send your references to the employer, log in to your ATLAS portal.
Next, go to References. You will notice that you can add your references by filling out a form for each of them.
Once your list is complete, you must send them to the employer so that they can consult them. Below My references, we have Reference Request.
You must first select the job title for which the references are requested. Then, check the names of the references you want to share with the employer. Once it is completed, you can select Submit References to send the information to the employer.
