Filters in “My Job” Section


There are several ways to filter your jobs.


When posting a job on Atlas, you have 3 options to choose from: 


  1. External postings only

  2. Internal postings only

  3. All:  internal and external job postings


On the top right side:  Click on the Drop down arrow next to “Published”

 





You will have 4  different possibilities:


  • External 

  • Internal  

  • ALL External AND/OR internal, essentially, All published positions.  



How the Filters work: 



By Default : ATLAS offers you externally published job postings. Simply select the filters according to your needs:


  • ALL External jobs only  


  • All Internal  jobs only


  • If you want to see the job postings that are published simultaneously internally and externally only, you must check both boxes: Internal and External. 



  • ALL: Includes all published job postings (external AND/OR internal).

           


Additional Filters


Once you have selected the type of job posting (internal, external or both), other filter options will be available. Simply click on Filters on the left.

Location: 

 Where your jobs are located : Simply begin typing the address, It will be auto-filled for you, select the complete address in the drop down list.


You may add as many locations as you would like, Once you have selected the filter, you must click on Search.



Groups: 


You may Filter Groups that you have created in the Module Section under Job Postings section settings.


        


The list created is what will appear under Groups in Filters 







Job Categories & Functions: 

 Add appropriate Category and or Function for the job postings you are trying to filter.



Dates:  


  • Created:   Filter By Custom Date. checkmark the box that indicates Created


  • Simply enter the dates you wish to filter “ Start Date - End Date “


  • You may also Filter Via Timespan  (Days, weeks, months, years)




  • Updated


  • Simply enter the dates you wish to filter “ Start Date - End Date “


  • You may also filter via Timespan  (Days, weeks, months, years)


  • Published Externally

  • Published Internally

  • Published Outsourced 



  • Simply enter the dates you wish to filter “ Start Date - End Date “


  • You may also filter via Timespan  (Days, weeks, months, years)






Other: 


  • Job Posting Status -  Select Open jobs or Closed postings

 

            





Close window  / Reset Filters / Search Filters 



In order to accept the filters selected, Simply click on Search.



Save your own Personal Filters


Click on the arrow icon to save custom filters. Simply select the desired filters to create your custom filter.




Name your filter:  you may set it as a Default filter by clicking on the “set as default"  box then click Save.




Modify, Saved personal filters “Your Preferences”


In order to view your filters, click on the gear Icon on the Right side of your page.






The list of your custom filters will be displayed and options will be available:


  • Delete by clicking on the "trash can
  • Add as favorite by clicking on the star
  • Display the list of filters for each custom filter
  • Select a custom filter
